Mikayla Knapowski is the head of the Lazzara Law Firm’s health insurance subrogation department, and the firm’s primary liaison between its clients and their health insurance carriers. Mikayla also lends her work ethic and positive attitude to the voluminous task of ordering and obtaining our clients’ medical records and bills, making herself a leader among her peers in the successful transaction of firm business.
Mikayla is no stranger to hard work: in addition to her duties as a full-time member of staff, she is also in her final year as a double major in Psychology and Criminal Justice at Arizona State University. Competing demands on her time have made Mikayla a gifted time manager and an efficient worker. Her skills serve her well as she works with providers and health insurance carriers not only to obtain records and bills, but also to help Mr. Lazzara use them effectively in clients’ files.
