Dalton Hall is one of Mr. Lazzara’s paralegals, as well as the first voice clients, providers, and insurance adjusters hear when they call the firm. In addition to his work on the phones, Dalton specializes in client intake and communication, ensuring the firm is kept in consistent contact with its clients as it works on their behalf.
Dalton began his time at the firm as a legal assistant. The broad skills he was able to acquire in that role enable him not only to effectively communicate with clients and meet their diverse needs, but also to educate them about the firm’s practices and how they can advocate for themselves in the overwhelming aftermath of an accident.
